At Sweat and Tonic, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, water bottles, socks, and intimate apparel are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
